Joe and his staff have served us for several years and we have always been pleased with their service.  Last winter, heavy snow damaged the line to our house, causing a power surge that blew some circuits and wrecked several of our appliances.  Joe and his team were here within hours to repair the line and replace damaged outlets.  He wrote a report so that I could submit it to our insurance company to pay for the repairs and lost appliances.
